Barbara Wheeler celebrates 38 years as the CEO of Wheeler & Associates, Inc.

With 38 years of experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Wheeler & Associates, Inc., Barbara Wheeler is responsible for managing 138 municipal utility districts, a staff of 26 and performing the functions of a tax officer. She became involved in her profession after gaining experience as a real estate appraiser, and she attributes her success to her ability to excel.
